CONIFER has a 100% gluten free menu. Our main dining room is uniquely designed to cater to groups from two to four as we focus on creating an intimate dining experience for all our guests.
Our large party table in our main dining room can be booked for parties up to 12.

PLEASE NOTE - dining time at CONIFER is limited to 1.5 hours for parties of two and
two hours for parties of four to five. We ask you respect your table time and the reservation following you. Thank you.

My entire life and career has been about building meaningful connections that build and grow and help us all. I love cooking and bringing people together with food. I am a humanitarian at heart and helping people in general is my passion in life.

The CONIFER menu will change seasonally and even hyper seasonally, Our relationships with local farmers and businesses play a big part in helping make this happen.
Expect regional style cooking with unique elements of the environment of the northwest: fresh fish, gluten free fresh bread baked to order, as well as vegetable dishes that will be part of the heart and soul of the restaurant.
